She has represented me both in the sale of multi-family projects and on the purchase of land for custom home building. On the sale side Melonie brought several buyers to the process thus enabling us to achieve the highest sales price. On the purchase side Melonie found me land parcels that were not even on the market yet and negotiated a purchase price that made these very attractive deals. Throughout Melonie has been incredibly helpful from sourcing deals to negotiating terms with challenging counterparties to introducing me to consultants, lawyers, banks, financiers, and home building partners. Her local insight and her efforts have been invaluable and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Melonie has been our realtor since my husband and I bought our first home together in 2014. In 2019 we were ready to move to a larger home and Melonie helped us with that search too. We were under contract for a newly built home but the contractor did not want to hold his end of the contract and basically wanted our down payment and not in an escrow account. This was not ok with us, Melonie expertly and politely got us out of our contract and protected our hard earned investment. Months later we found an amazing home. Sold ours for over asking in one day and she helped us negotiate a great price on our current home. She is very organized, knowledgeable of the area and the business and will always get you the best deal.
