This week, we would like to highlight someone we work with quite frequently, Mary Stocks, Owner/Boss of Chaos of Simply Done Concierge.
We caught up with Mary while she helped us with a special Fall project we’re working on and we got to know a bit more about Mary and the work she does at Simply Done Concierge.
Something About Mary
Mary relocated to Raleigh, NC over 23 years ago, from Plattsburgh, NY and feels right at home here in the Triangle. According to Mary, her favorite season is what Northerners would call Fall!
“Each year, I try to capture those two weeks and enjoy the gorgeous weather with boots and sweaters. If you blink, you miss it due to the nine summers we have.” Mary laughs…
Mary has three beautiful daughters (sons-in-law) and they have grown her family to eight grandchildren and one on the way. A true blessing!

Recently, we met with Mary and got to know a little more about her and the work she does at Simply Done Concierge.
Who/what inspires you, Mary? “God first, always. My children and grandchildren. They make life sweeter. Leaving the world a better place for them inspires me to be the best that I possibly can.”
What are you passionate about outside of work? “Traveling, of course! Whether it’s the mountains or the beach. East or West. I love traveling the best!”
How did Simply Done Concierge come about? “I took my business degree and 35+ years business experience, 40+ years lifestyle management (customer service, meal prep, errands, pet services, organization, etc) and decided to create my own company and share my expertise with you.”
What do your clients look like? “You and I! Someone who has a busy lifestyle, whether you are a stay-at-home mom, busy professional or a retiree. We have a plan that fits your pace. I offer a one hour, free no judgment consultation with my clients to assess your situation to see how we can best help you.”
What do they love about your business? Besides the attention to detail and experience I bring my clients really appreciate our Referral Bonus Program! It works like this: When a client makes a referral and the referral has met with me and has decided to use our services, the referral would select a package of hours. Each time a referral selects a 20 hour package, the client receives a 90 min additional bonus to their own hours. (Contact Mary to learn more about the Referral Program)
How else do you help your clients? “One of the things I’m known for is my absolute love of networking! It has allowed me to do something I really love, be a “Connector of People”. With a 10+ year background with Business Networking International (BNI) and a “Givers Gain” mentality, I love to connect people who can do business with each other. I extend the “Know, Like and Trust” to my clients. If you are a homeowner and need a flooring company, I’ve got the connection! If you are a renter and are looking to buy, I’ve got the connection!”
