Today’s Business of the Week is a place well loved by the community and for good reason, they really know how to cook seafood. Try Seafood Grill located in the Tryon Woods shopping center serves some of the best seafood and “Meat” food in the Triangle including such favorites as their jerk salmon burger, crab cakes, empanadas and fried snapper and the best Hush Puppies ever created.

Ask anyone within 5 miles of the Tryon Woods Shopping Center and they will share how lucky they are to have such a gem right down the street. Try Seafood is the goto lunch spot and on the weekends, they have a DJ to spice up your Saturday night. Don’t forget the kids, they’ve got plenty to enjoy and will appreciate the friendly welcoming atmosphere Try Seafood has to offer.

Try Seafood has a pretty extensive menu that includes everything from Crab Legs and Jerk Lobster to Lamb Chops & Grits and Turkey Wing Dinner. Their homemade Strawberry Lemonade tastes just like grandma made and they’ve even got dessert. A Final Note

What I really like about try Seafood is how unexpected it was. The first time I went I assumed it was your typical local fried seafood joint. It’s a small restaurant sitting in the middle of a shopping center with a few booths and patio seating. It’s loud and very welcoming, so I was expecting decent food. Well, I gotta say how WRONG I was. The food was top notch. When it comes to cooking seafood, the owners truly know what they’re doing. I’ve been all over town trying different seafood dishes and that includes several 5 star restaurants the critics love and was never impressed. Try Seafood puts those places to shame and I am truly blessed to have enjoyed such delectable delights from a place I went to on a whim.
